bto-group-buy

Collecting keys to a new BTO? When neighbours in the same project come to us together, the whole group gets a better price on their bathrooms.

Who it is for Owners collecting keys in the same BTO project, anywhere in Singapore
Cost to join Nothing. No deposit, no commitment, no obligation to buy
Your part You do not need to gather the neighbours yourself. Ask us and we will tell you what is already running for your project
How to ask WhatsApp (65) 8222 2978 with your estate name

How it works

1. Tell us your estate

Message us on WhatsApp with the name of your BTO and roughly when you collect keys. We will tell you whether a group is already running for your project and what the group price looks like.

2. Join the group chat

Each project gets its own chat group, so neighbours can compare notes on layouts, sizes and what actually fits. The link changes every time a new project opens, which is why we send yours by message instead of printing it here.

3. Choose your own bathroom

A group buy is a shared price, not a shared bathroom. You still pick your own vanity, colour, mirror and tub, and you still get your own delivery date. Nobody has to match their neighbour.

4. We fit around your renovation

Tell us when your tiling is done and we book delivery and installation to suit. When several homes in the same block are being fitted out, we try to keep the dates close together.

What the group price covers

The whole bathroom, not just the cabinet. Start with the vanity, add a mirror, then decide on a tub or a shower set.

One thing worth knowing early. Vanity price follows size, not colour, so a darker finish does not cost you more. Browse everything in one place, or flip through the brochures first.

Installation is priced the same for everyone

Group or no group, installation is a flat published rate, so there is nothing to negotiate and nothing hidden at the end. Vanity install is $180. Side cabinet and mirror cabinet are $90 each. A bathtub is $126 plug and play, or $432 if it has to be cut in and sealed. The full charges list has every item.

If you would rather not measure a bare BTO bathroom yourself, on-site measurement takes a $30 deposit, and that $30 comes back to you when you buy. Not sure a tub will fit? Start with the bathtub guide.

If nothing is running for your estate yet

Ask us anyway. New projects open as keys are handed over, so we would rather note your estate down and come back to you than let you miss it. There is no deposit and no obligation at this stage, and we will not chase you.

See it before you decide

Photos only tell you so much. A vanity looks very different when you are standing next to it, and the same goes for a tub. Come and open the drawers.

We are at 601 MacPherson Rd, #04-24 Grantral Mall, Singapore 368242. Here is the map. The unit is a little tricky to find inside the mall, so here is a short video showing the way. Open Mon to Fri 11am to 8pm, Sat and Sun 11am to 7.30pm, and on public holidays too, except National Day and Christmas Day.

Renovation should be one of the good parts of getting your first home. Walk in any day we are open, or WhatsApp us on (65) 8222 2978 with your estate name and we will take it from there. No obligations, and no pressure to buy anything on the day.
