The home

A condo at 6 Marina Boulevard, in Downtown Core (The Sail @ Marina Bay).

The choice

The HERA 1005 is an oval freestanding bathtub, sloped at both ends, so either end can be the backrest. It comes in five lengths, from 1200 to 1700mm, from S$1,422 on HERA's store.

The fit

HERA's own team delivered and installed it. A freestanding HERA bathtub sits on the existing floor and connects to the existing floor trap with a flexible outlet, so nothing is hacked, and the install usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes.
